HITZ On Track is a Bath Rugby Foundation programme aimed at Key Stage 4 students who are either receiving alternative educational provision or those who are at risk of becoming NEET.

The course is delivered over six weeks with each session lasting 90 minutes in total.  The first part of the session consists of a 45-minute PSHE style issue-based workshop to raise awareness of the common barriers and issues facing young people.

The workshops use a hands-on approach to engage young people who may find conventional school lessons challenging.
